1. Acceptance of Terms
By interacting with the HM Coastguard#3079 Discord Bot ("the Bot") or accessing the transcript website (https://strxmydev.xyz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Bot or access the website.
2. Eligibility and Platform Rules
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, in accordance with UK law and Discord's Terms of Service. Your use of this service must also comply at all times with Discord’s official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the ticketing system and transcript site only for lawful and appropriate communications. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting malware, viruses, malicious links, or harmful code through tickets.
- Using tickets to harass, threaten, abuse, or spam staff members or other users.
- Attempting to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Discord OAuth2 authentication or security features on the transcript website.
- Automated scraping or launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our web infrastructure.
4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or restrict your access to the Bot, specific ticket channels, or the transcript website if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in malicious activity, or disrupted the operation of our services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
The Bot and website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Strxmy Development makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime, reliability, or flawless operation of the service. Technical disruptions, Discord API outages, or data loss may occur, and we are not liable for any resulting server disruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strxmy Development shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot or transcript infrastructure.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
